Content Description | Several gunboats managed to pass up by the rebel batteries thanks to a diversion at Port Hudson, and will eventually cut off their supplies. They haven't been paid yet but he keeps hoping they will soon. Watsons has been promoted to 2nd Lt. He is not allowed to rejoin his company yet as he is still too weak. |
