Content Description There has been some fighting. Deals have been attempted. There was a proposal in which the rebels said they'd give them the rest of the state if their slaves were returned to them. It is rumored that the water where they are is poisoned since people have been getting sick from it. He also mentions stories in the newspaper about 60,000 extra troops arriving that he does not know whether to believe that or not.
