Content Description Requests that the recipient ship white and red top turnip seeds by steamer to New Orleans. Suspects a Mr. Brown of being "Abolitionist, or Black Republican (synonymous terms). If he be so- no more Bills must be made with him- on My account, & I will regret, I ever made a bill with him."
