Content Description Lieutenant Greenman gives testimony regarding Lieutenant [Joseph] Wheaton. Describes a conflict between Wheaton and Lieutenant Pratt. Wheaton ordered Pratt to take command of a company, threatening to arrest him if he refused. Also complains that Wheaton sold supplies, including handkerchiefs, he received from Albany. Related to GLC02437.02880, thus possibly created circa 1783.
