Signed by Jonathan Nichols, Thomas Cranston and Peter Bours as the Committee of War. Verso signed by Jacob Isaacs. Jonathan Nichols was deputy governor of Rhode Island. Thomas Richardson was the general treasurer of Rhode Island. Peter Bours was the speaker of the Rhode Island House of Representatives from 1757-1759. Jacob Isaacks was a Jewish merchant and broker in Newport. |
