Complains that the men belonging to his company are from different states, "and have had their depreciation [in pay] made up to them from the several states to whitch they belong, and not upon equal establishment..." Lists the amounts paid by several states. Requests extra pay and a horse for his service as paymaster and clothier for the company. |
