Content Description Wolcott explains that he is nearly destitute, and only has one cow and heifer, which do not officially belong to him. He therefore can not use them to clear a debt with Robert, and asks if some other means of payment could be found. He further explains: "I have met with so many Losses and Disopointments that I Cannot be honest which is my greaf for I Ever Did and Do Still Entend honestly." Docketed on address leaf.
