The second is for one man of the Ordinance Department for three half rations. Both returns are signed by Lieutenant J. Wright and Samuel Shaw, Aide-de-Camp to General Knox. A docket on the verso acknowledges receipt from the contractors for New York and New Jersey and is signed by Nell McKoy. |
