Content Description The paymaster is in camp and they are sure to be sent home soon. He has been excused most of his duties so that he can "spend my time with the pencil". Also included is a rough sketch of a woman by "a Va artist" and an account of a Mr. Samuel Andrews, detailing different taxes owed on personal property and slaves.
