Content Description | Walter states that while he was in Philadelphia he was nominated for a Commissioner of the Treasury. If he should be chosen for this position, he would have to give a security deposit, and asks his father if he would agree to be his security. He also notes that Congress will meet in New York, and that men have been nominated for the Federal Court. Docketed on address leaf. |
