Content Description | Livingston's son John is named as the heir to Livingston Manor. The lands are divided amongst John, Philip, Robert, and Gilbert, while the houses in the town of Albany are divided amongst Margret and Johanna . His wife was to receive land as well, contingent on her "pure widowhood." Livingston further names his wife as executrix of his will, and divides the estate of his parents and that of his wife's parents equally amongst all his children. He wills the sum of £50 along with clothing and "necssaries" to his nephew Robert . |
