Content Description | "It is difficult to see how [the ex-Bashaw] should situate himself at any greater distance from Tripoli, until he hath the means of removal, Malta is more convenient than Syracuse for communication with Tripoli, and he hath removed thither for that object and to avoid domestic afflictions . . . ."
