Content Description Burnet asks Livingston if the Senecas gave the land called Niagara to the English while Coll, Thomas Dongan was still in office, and before the French conquered that territory. He asks that either Livingston or his son look through the old records of Indian Affairs to see if such a proposition was ever made.
